Take in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from the living area or one of three ocean facing bedrooms with sliders to the lower deck, step out on the decks to take in the splendor, or head down to the beach to enjoy the sandy shoreline. Beach toys are available for child-friendly fun!

The beach view & access cannot be beat. Having shades to block sun was appreciated and we were so happy to have a hose to wash off our feet and our dog. Updated kitchen was nice. Recommend a table cloth as the wooden dining table feels sticky even after cleaning (could be the finish / environmental). It would be ideal for the property to include beach towels & chairs. Bring a sun umbrella!!

Surrender to Sweet Surrender!

Quartz counters, large farmhouse sink, plenty of chairs, a nice big table. and comfortable sofa and loveseat helped make for a very enjoyable week. The house is lovely and nicely appointed with personal art etc. Very homey.Kitchen is well stocked and the eat in counters are great. There are 2 coffee makers drip and K-cup so everyone can have their preference of morning beverages.

House is close to the beach with a nice deck. Lots of bathrooms, tho no walk-in shower. Very clean.Nice layout for family gatheringKitchen utensils could use an upgrade.

Serene Sweet Surrender

It was one of our best family vacations ever. We came in on Sunday and never used the car after Monday. The convenience to things at S Topsail was incredible: post office, Quarter Moon, shops, Breezeway, skating, putt putt,Beach Grill, bikes. Ice cream. The house was awesome…incredible view. Being raised in Baltimore, it thrilled me to no end to grab a Camden Yards coffee cup from the cabinet. Our family is growing and sadly we have outgrown Sweet Surrender. Hopefully we can locate another cottage larger in the same area. We loved our week and the weather was great. John Giles

Beautiful home

Our girls trip was amazing. The house was very clean and neat. The beach access was exceptional. I would definitely return. The property manager was nice and addressed issues promptly.
