The large open living and dining area include new comfortable coastal furniture and a game table for family fun. A small sound dock offers boating, fishing, floating, and feeding the gulls.

Boat is downstairs with room(s) as well as no air conditioning. Gas smell with the heat is borserline unbearably.

Great house and location, but there were maintenance issues

We loved being on the water, and overall, the house was nice, but there was a broken dock step, a leak through the ceiling fan in the living room and the downstairs lock wouldn't accept the code even after it was reprogrammed so we couldn't lock the downstairs. The house had plenty of everything to make us comfortable, though.
