On the day we arrived the kitchen counter top and kitchen floor was completely covered with ants. I drove to the property management office and showed them the video on my phone of the ants and they were unwilling to do anything but hand me three ant traps to place in the area myself. The toilets and tubs were dirty when we arrived. Supplying simple basics like a few kitchen towels, dish soap and a garbage bag would be very helpful. We will avoid using properties managed by this company again.
Ants were everywhere in the kitchen on the day we arrived.

A clean, bright, well-appointed home. Easy, short walk to beach access. We enjoyed a great family vacation here. And everyone said their bed was comfortable!

Lovely home

We found the Arendelle to be as beautiful as pictured. The open living space on the third floor provided spacious seating where we could all gather for meals, games or TV. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor was furnished with a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second small bedroom on this floor featured two very comfortable twin beds and a small closet. The fourth floor king size room shared a spacious bathroom with the very small bedroom that was furnished with a twin over double bed. We found no closets on the top floor. The elevator was essential to us for the older generation who had physical limitations. It seemed a bit moody and refused to open a few times, but we were able to get it to respond by going to a different floor and calling it, and then ride back to the original destination. Kids were all asked to use stairs only, so only three or four people ever used it. Overall, we had a lovely week and found the walk to the beach an easy trek.
