Tile floors throughout, modern amenities and kitchen, elevator, ample parking for your family, multiple deck spaces, a boat dock on the sound, and providing gorgeous complimentary Surf City soundside sunsets! The reverse floor plan offers incredible views of the intracoastal waterway from all areas of the living room and back decks!

Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.
