The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living/dining area, 3 bathrooms, 2 covered decks, heat/ac, a washer/dryer and extra yard space just waiting for fun and games! The best feature of this property is its’ location to everything in the heart of Surf City! Walk 1/2 block to beach access #16 and only 2-3 blocks to shops, restaurants and a grocery store! You can park your car in the driveway when you arrive and never have to drive anywhere until you leave to go home! This house is perfect for your perfect family vacation!
