What an amazing house!! It was simply perfect! Adam was so responsive and quick to get back with any questions we had. The house was so close to the pool it made it so convenient for us to take the kids to the pool all day long. This is our 4th house staying in this neighborhood and this one definitely didn't disappoint!! Thank you for having us we will definitely be back.

Fantastic Branson getaway home

This is our second Thanksgiving staying at this property, and we've enjoyed both visits so much! The layout of the house fits our group well (grandparents, parents, 4 children) with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two large living areas - one up and one down - are so fun for whether family members want to read, play games, pool, or play downstairs. We love this neighborhood, as well, and enjoyed many walks in the area/to the lake. Our family also spent a lot of time playing pool across the street at the clubhouse -- even though there is also a pool table at the house which was also used often. There was plenty of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked. We made many meals at the house and also used the grill. We can't wait to come again!

Relaxing Home

The home was just as listed and great for a family getaway. Our 2 year old grandson was safe and happy. They have baby gates to protect Little’s from the stairs. The pool table was a bit rough, but fun. There is no ice maker, so bring ice. However there is a dishwasher. Along with washer/dryer that we didn’t use for our short stay. Definitely would recommend to multiple generations wanting to spend time together. It even had a child safe Christmas tree.

Washing machine leaks, a lot, left a large puddle in front of the bathroom door,. Pool table is not full-size or level. Which was disappointing to the guys. Everything else was nice, clean, spacious. Lots of places to sleepTons of stuff to cook wi t h.

Awesome Property for Family Vacation!

We came to Branson for family vacation. This property was so.comfortable and well stocked! We cooked half of our meals and used pots, pans, serving ware, the crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, and outdoor grill! The kitchen had everything we could need, honestly! And we could gather around the large table. There were tvs all over the home, toys, puzzles, and games. We had 2 patios to enjoy outside too! The beds were comfortable and there were enough for us all to have our own rooms. Very spacious and the home was laid out so.well for just spending time together. We used the laundry room and had 3 full bathrooms to get ready in too! The actual neighborhood was well kept, too. We just felt so at home and comfortable the entire time. It was also VERY clean and maintained. After staying in MANY VRBO's, this was one of my favorite experiences.

Amazing experience south of Branson

Our group of 11 loved staying at the house! It was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood pool was right outside. We could get to anything in town within 15-20 minutes. We watched the Memorial Day fireworks from Top of the Rock on the screened in porch. The owner and house manager were great at communicating and quick to respond. Amazing find for lots of space!
