The place was great, spacious and very clean. Our group loved the multiple TV’s and sitting areas. Any kitchen supplies one would need was available. WE LOVED IT!

Nice place to stay

The host was very friendly and had great communication. They also provided an app, making it very easy to find the information we needed. Additionally, they allowed us to check in one hour early. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped; there’s only what you can’t think of, and nothing they don’t offer. I gave four stars on cleanliness because some of the bath towels had stains and some bathrooms were not clean enough. The water in the hot tub on the patio was also very dirty and needed a water change, so we didn’t use it at all.

Pineapple Shores

The moment our family of 7 walked into our rental home we were all amazed by the property! Pineapple Shores managed by Natt & Tyann was a very comfortable rental home I highly recommend to anyone interested in a quiet, comfortable stay with their family. Everything we needed was in this home realizing we over packed many items already provided with our stay. The communication was PERFECT as the owners worked hard to answer any questions we had while assisting us throughout our stay at their rental home. We only redeemed one of our two ticket deals enjoying the MJ ILLUSION show which we HIGHLY recommend anyone going to the next time you're in the area. Our seats were perfect for the VIP Section & Natt worked quickly to help get a good ticket deal reserved for us which made this process stress free for me. My family was very happy receiving donuts delivered by Natt & Tyann which made their morning even more special. I worked very hard as a 33 year old single Mom of two to take family members on a well needed trip away which we all truly enjoyed thanks to Branson Family Retreats. The hot tub was a bonus ⭐️ as I just wish we could've utilized the fire pit (we couldn't figure out the propane tank but no big deal..) If you have any questions the owners work hard responding right away assisting you providing such excellent customer service with grateful spirits. The rooms slept comfortably and the rental even came with fun card games, an arcade game, pool table, and board games our family was able to enjoy! I noticed the other subdivision had a play area for children which was one thing I wish ours at Rocky Shores had. However, there is an indoor pool your family or group could enjoy located upon entering into the Rocky Shores neighborhood just a short walk down from Pineapple Shores 😊 There is also an outdoor pool across from Pineapple Shores but it won't be open until the end of May I believe. If you're unsure on where to book a stay I recommend reaching out to their text number provided and allow these amazing owners the opportunity to guide you with options they find best suitable for you and your party. One thing I must say, oh was it pretty quiet 🤣 although our neighborhood had a great amount of people staying on site! I guarantee you and your party will rest well with no problem! Haha don't enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 on the upstairs patio during the evening as you may accidentally doze off 😜 for a short nap like I did enjoying a little peace and quiet to yourself with the lake view. I'm very thankful for all of the many questions these owners took their time out answering for me as I worked hard to secure the right rental home for my family to enjoy over spring break. My children are still talking about how much they enjoyed their stay here as we hope to return in the next couple months! 10/10 recommend.
