"The room was cold as ice to begin with. The heater was off. Since the room had been reserved in advance, they could have at least turned it on, even at a low setting to take the chill off. 2nd - they no longer include courtesy coffee makers in the room and they have locked off the small breakfast/ coffee area they "used" to provide. 3rd - most importantly I discovered the "door did not automatically lock" when I left the room!!! I did ring the bell at the service window, but after waiting in the cold for too long I left. It used to be a decent place to stay. NO LONGER!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! "
