The Five Eleven is a recently remodeled modern cottage that is less than .75 miles to downtown Saugatuck or Douglas. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cottage has everything for your next getaway to Saugatuck. Enjoy the privacy of the spacious fenced in back yard or walk to town to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and parks located in Saugatuck/Douglas or stay in, relax in the 5 person hot tub and make dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two full beds, which brings the total available occupancy of this cottage to 8. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath off the kitchen/living room area for your convenience. This cottage has it all plus is also pet friendly with a $75 pet fee upon request and approval. Book this cottage now and create memories that will last a lifetime.

By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following terms:

(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)

1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers of any kind can be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
4.) Please do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. No more than 1 dog not over 100 pounds. Pets must not be left unattended at anytime. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure without refund. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. You are required to pick up after your pet.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITHOUT AN ADULT!
14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
