The space Cotton Lake Cabin will offer you and your loved ones a unique retreat from your busy life and a truly authentic experience of the beautiful nature found in New Hampshire. Cotton lake offers a main cabin (~1900 sq. ft.) with three bedrooms that can sleep 6 and a separate 2-story cottage (Casita ~700 sq. ft., please inquire if you are interested; the Casita can sleep up to 4 more people). New in 2022, both the main cabin and Casita have been equipped with minisplit Air Conditioning systems.
Many cozy rooms await. The home offers several quaint rooms where New York Times best selling author Jack B. Rochester penned many of his books. Regarding suitability of the cabin for families/children, we welcome families with children. However, please be aware that no specific arrangements have been made to make the cabin "child-safe" and that it is the guest responsibility to ensure safety of children at the property.
Overlooking Squam Lake, New Hampshire's most beautiful lake, Cotton Lake Cabin borders the upper trail system of the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center and Squam Range trail system with a variety of hiking trails directly accessible from behind the cabin or a few minutes drive away. Bring your boat and use the Holderness Squam Lake Public Boat Launch which is a 4 min drive away from the cabin. Want to go for a swim?
