Located on beach front 10 minutes from Hoi An ancient town. The room are clean, spacious and have nice view. The breakfast buffet are delicious with a lot of choice. Staff are helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their face. Offer free shuttle to Hoi An. The only down side was the beach, the resort have a private stretch of beach but it was eroded quite a bit by the ocean. They are in the process of being reinforce so hopefully it will be better when I return. Highly recommend for people want to get away from the crowd but still close to Hoi An

The hotel was very nicely laid out with friendly staff. We asked to move from our first room as the aircon was totally ineffective which was a shame given the 45 degree heat outside. Ww were moved after a couple if days and the same issue.. the safe in the room had to have batteries changed every couple of days. Location was a 15 minute white knuckle ride to the centre of hoi an every night although we ate in the fantastic mia casa 4 or 5 times and run by a lovely family. Hotel food was horrendously overpriced and therefore restaurants and bars were empty in the evenings despite the hotel being fully booked. Pool and beach was nice but spoiled by huge inflatables and some very loud and rude guests. On reflection 14 nights was probably too long to stay.

More a club med than a hotel. Biggest gripes are a lack of English speaking staff and terrible air conditioning - in my $120 room it points straight at the bed and the only control is temperature, meaning you either sleep with a serious breeze or sweat under decidedly too warm covers.

This place is in a great location, very beautifully laid out and landscaped. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. We came at the time the strongest typhoon in 16years hit the coast, so we could not enjoy all the best spots of the Hoi An ancient town, but this is no the fault of the hotel. My only criticism of the hotel is the terrace restaurant menu is a bit boring and expensive after more than 2 visits, but the weather forced us to revisit. Regardless of this we made our own fun and enjoyed ourselves. We can recommend you book through the hotel and get a driver to take you to Marble Mountains. I would’ve wanted to see this spot even if ancient town wasn’t flooded. An amazing mountain to visit with many temples and caves to explore, but be warned even though an elevator takes you up you need to have a reasonable level of fitness to explore the rest! Our drivers name was Nguyen Tan Ti - a local who works for the hotel and lives in Hoi An. He was a lovely person and great company, he deserves much praise.

Booked in just after a typhoon, expected some problems because of it. Room beautiful, gardens lovely. Food the worst we've had in Vietnam! Hot breakfast was clod, prices high, quality poor. Even with all tours off, bars closed, beach and sea wall gone or undermined, this place insists we will be charged for the full service. We left!

We were here during Hurricane Daymen and we still thought this was a very nice resort. The room is large and the bed was HUGE. The bathroom was very modern and all the amenities were there. It is outside HoiAn old town but they do have a frequent shuttle into town. The ocean is very close to the resort. There is a large outdoor pool. We didn’t get to access these features because of the weather but I’m sure they would be lovely. We had a 75 minute massage which we would say was average. The spa area is nice. The included breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold choices.

Resort is in a great location to get to the old town (with a timely courtesy bus or by taxi), and staff were always friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and great to sit beside, although when we visited there was not much beach, which was fine as the view over the water was still fantastic! Rooms were clean, lots of bottles of water and the bath was lovely. Would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed her for 10 nights and were upgraded to a room near the pool due to the fact that we were staying so long. Great pool, beach is patrolled by lifeguards till 6pm during their summer and pool also. Nice clean rooms and great staff, great food. Breakfast was included and had a huge variety to choose from. Definitely go back again!

The resort is LOCATED in front of the ocean along the beach, around 6-7 km far from Hoi An Old Town (the taxi rate is around 5 USD). The resort presents itself as a 5 STAR accommodation in terms of: location along the ocean with beach, resort’s beautiful architecture, level of service by the hotel’s staff, quality of the breakfast and restaurant, facilities (restaurants (2), bars (2), outdoor pool, SPA and gym) and rooms’ size and arrangement. NOTWITHSTANDING according to me the hotel has to be rated as a 4 STAR: the hotel’s team is very junior and the hotel does require serious renovations & upgrades (most of the pool‘s sun loungers are damaged and the gym equipment is 20 years old and it doesn’t work properly). The MONTH OF VISIT will make a big difference: in October and November the beach cannot be found, only waves and sea with no way to have a swim. Rooms are spacious and well arranged, designed with balcony and tub in the bathroom. The BUFFET BREAKFAST is very satisfying: big variety of foodies from all over the world & for every palate, with food stations cooking fresh courses, ingredients are fresh & good. Nothing is missing. The RESTAURANT is also good: courses are yummy and well presented, and made with good quality ingredients. The only remarks is the very limited menu choices. The OUTDOOR POOL is really scenic and big, with jacuzzi and children’s pool too. The OUTDOOR AREAS are well maintained in terms of cleanliness & order. The HOTEL’s STAFF is very kind, helpful and ready to assist Clients.

Had 6 days at this hotel at the end of October 2017, we had originally booked it as the beach looked great and we enjoy spending time by the sea, unfortunately after speaking with some of the locals the beach is only there in the months of the summer and due to sea levels it’s not available for the rest of the year which was disappointing, it also appears that some of the retaining wall to the beach has been washed away and is taped off (see pic) which could be hazardous to young children. That said there is a great pool and no problem with getting a sun bed it even offers pool side bar service if you wave the flag. The hotel itself wasn’t busy but the staff were very obliging and always keen to help, the rooms were cleaned every day with a turndown service around 6pm with new towels. The bed was not comfy in fact I’ve slept on comfier concrete floors, but if you like you mattress firm then you will love it here. There are some good restaurants opposite the hotels for evening dinner and if you fancy going in to local Hoi An (recommended) then the hotel do a free shuttle at 4pm with a return at 8:30pm, after that time you will have to get your own Taxi. We also did a bike ride from the hotel around the local villages and countryside stopping at the organic vegetable farm, great way to spend 3.5 hours if you fancy it. Free WiFi and the breakfast is from 6:30 till 10 with a great selection of food. Overall this hotel is great and the service is excellent just a shame theres no beach area.
