Apartment 'Zur Napoleonschanze' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

We are a small and friendly family with two children of primary school age and always have an open ear for you. Our farmhouse is located near the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Stolpen Castle and Hohnstein Castle are in the immediate vicinity. You can hike in Napoleon's footsteps. For example, the Bastei and the sandstone gorges in the surrounding area are well worth a visit. It only takes 45 minutes to hike to the Bastei. You can also hike to the charming little town of Rathen. You will pass the Amselsee lake and the Rathen rock stage. The Amselsee is ideal for rowing or pedal boating. You can also attend an event at the rock stage. From Rathen, you can take the ferry to the other shore and either continue by train or book a steamboat trip. Our state capital Dresden, with its many beautiful sights, can also be easily reached by public transport. Another highlight is the porcelain town of Meissen, not only because of the porcelain manufactory, but also the beautiful cathedral is worth a visit. Not far from the vacation apartment, Königstein Fortress awaits you. Just a few kilometers from the fortress you will find the chocolate factory in Thürmsdorf, which offers unforgettable culinary delights. Bathing enthusiasts will get their money's worth in Rathewalde, as the adventure pool is just a few minutes' walk away. After an eventful day, you can indulge in culinary delights in the Lindengarten. Our beautiful surroundings, Saxon Switzerland in its colorful autumn dress, will also enchant you in autumn. But a visit to us is also ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Cross-country skiers will get their money's worth on the groomed trails and those who prefer downhill skiing can put their skills to the test on the ski slope in Rugiswalde.
