Gastgeber nicht erreichbar

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage. Unser Türcode an der Haustür funktionierte leider nicht und wir haben den Gastgeber telefonisch und per Nachricht nicht erreicht. Er hat uns auch innerhalb 15 Stunden keine Nachricht gesendet. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann nach nochmaligen Anruf jemand erreicht der uns einen anderen Code gegeben hat. Nur durch die Nettigkeit von Bewohnern sind wir in das Haus gekommen. Noch eine Anmerkung. Nicht jeder Balkon ist direkt an der Wohnung. Wir mussten erst ein 1/2 Stockwerk runter und dann konnten wir raus. Ein kleiner Vermerk wäre schön gewesen.
