"Fully aware of booking a non‑refundable rate, I contacted the hotel after noticing an honest date mistake, simply hoping for a reasonable alternative. This was their chance to step up and set an example of customer service.
Instead: zero flexibility, zero empathy, and nothing but copy‑paste replies hiding behind policies.
Very poor display of service for a so‑called high‑end hotel."
