The Space:

This contemporary two bedroom apartment within The Rox boutique apartment building has a high-end feel with its elevated views of Hobart and iconic period buildings.

The walls are adorned with stunning Tasmanian art to get you into the spirit of your stay as soon as you arrive. Beautifully styled, the apartment’s modern and eclectic feel extends to the streets below with a creative and vibrant community to explore.

The apartment’s open plan kitchen, living and dining space is the centrepiece of the property with expansive views, architectural curved walls and balcony to appreciate the city below or breathe in the fresh Tasmanian air.

Beautiful wooden floorboards, split system air-conditioning, modern fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light adds comfort to your stay.

Two generous bedrooms, both with king sized beds, and built-in-robes. The master bedroom features an ensuite with walk-in shower, floating vanity and beautiful tiling.

Generous sized bathroom with shower over bath, the apartment also has a separate European laundry.

Once on the street an abundance of food, bars and cultural options are available. Downstairs you’ll discover the coveted Omotenashi Japanese restaurant. An exquisite 10-seat restaurant, booking ahead is a must!

If you miss out at Omotenashi, there are other divine eating options like Insitute Polaire for wine and delicious seasonal menu, Bar Wa Izakaya for more Japanese, Dier Makr for some of the finest Tasmanian food in the state, or Ed’s Sputino Coffee Shop for coffee and canelettos. Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

The apartment is close to everything that Hobart has to offer, with incredible cosmopolitan cafes such as
The Stagg, just outside the apartment or Coffee Darling, a short stroll to help you kick-start your day.

For lunch or nightlife, head to In the Hanging Garden, a stylish open air lounge with casual eating and
night time entertainment, just five minutes-walk.

A stroll to Salamanca and its endless eateries and bars is just 20 minutes-walk. If you’re heading to
MONA Museum, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal or stroll along Hobart Waterfront, and
North Hobart’s cool restaurant scene for restaurants like the renowned Ogee or Fico is just a 10-15
minute stroll.

Getting Around:
Walking from the apartment to Hobart CBD, Waterfront or Salamanca is easy. Metro Tasmania bus stops are located all over the city to get you around town or nearby areas.

Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam scooters to hire via apps.
