Ideal for a getaway with friends or couples, there are plenty of cafes within walking distance and you can reach Hobart by short drive or ferry ride.
The Space: Enjoy an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that’s central to the space and perfect for cooking and relaxing at day’s end with a glass of wine on the couch.
The kitchen invites attention with white and neutral finishings and modern appliances, ideal to prepare meals or an evening cheeseboard.
The living and dining room features lovely views of Rosny Hill, and has a four-seat dining table, comfortable three seat couch, large mounted flat screen TV, and large split system. From the living room, enjoy a sunroom and office space with an armchair to sink into with a good book, as well as a desk and monitor.
The home has two generous sized bedrooms with Queen beds, built in robes and electric heaters for comfort and warmth. The large bathroom is the hero of the home and features tiled walls, large floor-to-ceiling shower with rain shower-head, double basin and LED arch mirrors for a touch of glam.
