Almost everything is excellent, the unit owner Nhung is very attentive and helpful. She speaks English well, took good care of us during our entire stay. Like the free laundry service offered. Maybe a downside for working professionals with a lot of calls, but Bui Vien is 10x noisier. For me and my boyfriend we survived. I really recommend this place. Worth the price.

It was very convenient that among other deceiving pictures on the quality of this hotrl there was no mention that this horrible hotel exist in the middle of the Japanese town. Noise till 4 am daily. from the start I wanted to cancel but the stupid hotel will not refund me the money. I got stuck. You are now responsible for cost tp pay me bakc.
