Within Ho Chi Minh City’s fifth district (Chinatown), no real concern about being pickpocketed or anything. Most places in the surrounding area close before midnight so not many people out. So I’d say it felt safe. They close the garage door that way anyone who isn’t authorized could get in. But this isn’t your luxury hotel. It has a bed, toilet, shower, and a/c. A place to safely lay your head and recover from all the activities. But being in the fifth district it is a bit out of the way from most attractions.

Can not find any places in this area for a better prices or services. Stayed at this hotel 3 times, any time for 10 days or longer. I was lucky to find this hotel and will come back again when I am in TP HCM

I has ever been in a hotel in which the operators or staffs always pay close attention to my concerns,comfort ,etc. the prices are reasonable, the staffs are friendly,polite and helpful. with all of those good services, I dicided to book 5 more days on Expedia, and 10 more days off line to stay at this hotel to explore more the area.

They did not clean my room the entire time I was there and none of the sheets or towels were replaced. The hotel manager told me he would make it happen and it did not happen at all. The trash was not taken out either. And the front entrance has metal shutters on it and i had to knock on doors and wake people up because they secure the front entrance between 12 midnight and 6 am every day. The TV was something from the 1960s or something and none of the channels had a clear picture. And there was not enough soap or shampoo in the room.
