Nice big hotel but reception is not the best. Got to the huge counter in center but was directed to the small booth on the side. If you need anything from hotel, go to the small booth, they’re the only people that can help you. Front desk is a joke. Place looks grand, but it didn’t feel welcoming at all. We were not once greeted by staff. Anyone could walk in the building. Got the luxury room I wanted, but carpet in bedroom is stained. Suppose to be no smoking hotel but there’s an ashtray by every elevator hallway. Location is great. Large swimming pool. Within walking distance to everything in district 1.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They gym and pool were closed my entire stay. I wish they would have stated the gym was under renovation that way I would have booked another hotel. This was one of the main reasons I booked this specific hotel for the workout equipment.
