늦은 시간에 도착했는데 문제없이 체크인 잘 했어요. 궁금한 거 있을 때마다 물어보면 바로 친절하게 잘 대답해줬습니더. 다음에 또 호치민 가면 여기 예약할 것 같아용. 편의점도 가깝고 은행 ATM도 1층에 있어서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔어요.

Pros: Really good location, easy to get to District 1 and 4. The area has lots of small shops and nice places to eat. Good value overall, but the condo is kinda showing its age and not as spotless as a hotel. Thuong was quick to respond and take care of any requests or concerns. Overall, I’d stay again. Cons: Renters can’t use the pool, it’s only for residents.

While the manager (Thuong) was a nice lady the operation was sub-standard. Empty soap containers (even after service), malfunctioning dish rack door, stained towel, exposed electric outlet, etc. Please see pictures

property was fine, appliances are a bit old and outdated. Air conditioner was icy cold in the living room and master bedroom. AC in other two rooms were very weak so everybody had to sleep with their door open to get some cold air. Probably needs a filter cleaned/changed and AC refrigerant/coolant.

친절한 호스트와 멋진 동네, 하지만 매트리스는 단단해요

Thuong 호스트 정말 친절했어요. 우리한테 자주 연락해주고, 아이들이 근처 유닛에서 수영할 수 있도록 일부러 도와줬어요. 중간에 청소도 한 번 해줬고요. 숙소에서 한 가지 아쉬운 점이라면, 매트리스가 엄청 단단한 라텍스 재질이라 저랑 남편한텐 좀 불편했어요. 물론 개인 취향 차이긴 한데요. 그래도 Thuong이 추가로 베개랑 쿠션 챙겨줘서 조금 나아졌어요. 예약 전에 참고하면 좋을 것 같아요. 동네 분위기도 정말 좋았어요. 아이들이 여기 놀이터를 엄청 좋아했는데, 특히 길 건너 해적 놀이터는 완전 최고였어요. 새해 전야에는 강 위로 불꽃놀이도 보였는데, 진짜 멋졌어요!
