property is not ideal for seniors and disability. walk up about 8-10 steps from street level to reception desk then elevator to rooms. its ok for family with kids or adults, 2 bedrooms are quiet roomy each have their own toilet except 2nd room toilete quiet small, not ideal for foreign travelers unless you are slim

Property did not seem to have our reservation upon arrival, property was also under construction and could not give us the room we booked, the back-up room we were given was dirty/unsanitary: smoking room that smelled terrible (we had booked a non-smoking room), dried blood drops on the bedspread, old bloody stains on the white sheets, sewer gas from the ensuite bathroom toilet filled the entire bedroom with putrid stink (management must've known this because they had the bedroom windows wide open when we arrived. It took a few hours for the sewer smell to build-up once the windows were shut), was awoken in the middle of the night to being bit on my ankles and legs (don't know if this was fleas or bedbugs and took extra precautions to not bring these buggers home with me by placing all of our exposed clothes in plastic bags and then treating the clothes with high heat once we were home), we told management about our subpar experience and they did not seemed phased (management may not have understood my complaint of having dried blood on the bedding - I do not think they understood the word). I do not recommend this property to ANYONE and beware that the pictures featured by the property management do not correctly represent the property (the pics are pretty glamorous compared to the reality of the property).

the best 2 bed room and a spacious living room and there is a kitchen for you to cook. The main problem is that the air conditional seem not cool enough long time no services because this is my 2nd time stay at this suites the previously stay the air con really cool enough.

Stayed here 3 nights in October. Rooms are nice, well-outfitted, elevator access, clean and comfortable. No breakfast, but we really enjoyed pho each morning on the street right outside the hotel door. Just a short taxi ride to District 1 (we even walked a couple of times.) Actually, it's nice to have a getaway from all of the tourists :~) We'll be back,
