I will recommend this hotel the best if you wanna live close to the SGN airport. You can walk to the terminals within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I arrived this hotel it was hours before I can check in, How ever, I need to take out some stuff from my heavy backpack before I went to downtown. Mr Nguyen, the smart boy of concierge, help me find a large plastic bag without just saying ā€œsorry we donā€™t have thatā€. He really helped me a lot also by introducing the facilities and how to reach the airport.

Breakfast was lovely, I had food at the restaurant in the evening which was efficient and delicious. Nguyen (bellboy) and other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful on my first night ever in Vietnam

the room was cleaned but the bed made a lot of noise(room 103), could not had a good night sleep because of the bed and too much noise from the hall way very early in the morning(I think from the workers in the kitchen). not a good stay with this hotel.

The room was very good. We had a VIP room. The bed was very comfortable. And got a good nights sleep. The only down side to the hotel. Was the breakfast. Which i thought was very poor. I probably wouldn't stay there again for that reason.

We booked 2 King executive rooms together. When we checked in the rooms seem fine. Then we went to dinner and came back 2 hours later, both rooms smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. It turns out that there were Chinese men below us smoking profusely. And they used the bathroom vents to suck the smoke out. The smoke went to our floor through the vents in the bathrooms. They were breaking the hotels policy of no smoking. The manager gave us new rooms. The rooms were quite smaller and I didnā€™t like them at all. I think they should have stricter penalties for smoking in the rooms. 400,000 dongs is not severe enough. It needs to be 1 million dongs. The Chinese do not care about paying the small smoking fee. They can afford it. So charge them more when they break the rules. The hotel staff are too nice to speak up for themselves.

By far, the best! Exceptional in every aspect: friendly attentive staff, spotlessly clean with amenities usually reserved for higher end Hotels! Le Siagon Grand Hotel exceeded expectations. What a value! Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant stay. I look forward to staying again in the near future.

Our room was modern, spacious and clean. We had a soaking tub, a big comfortable king bed, and a big screen TV. We stayed just for the night before flying out so we didnā€™t get to visit the pool or the gym. The breakfast was simple;there was not much food to choose. The hotel offers transfer to the airport for 200,000VND. We got a Grab for 90,000VND. The reason we booked this hotel because itā€™s close to Tan Son Nhuc airport. The hotel website advertises airport transfer but why charge so much. It would be great it they could offer free transfers to and from the airport or not charge so much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will probably not stay here again since it is so far from Ben Thanh Market, and other attractions.

Very clean rooms, courteous staff members and very helpful reception staff. NguyĆŖn the bell boy was excellent and friendly. Buffet breakfast was great with a decent amount of food selection. Front desk was able to help with retrieving my cell phone that I forgot in a grab car.

Room was clean, new, large and comfortable. The 1st floor, where the room was located, was quite busy & loud with the dining area and kitchen also located on this floor. There was construction going on during the day- possibly from next to the hotel- but quite loud.
