Walls were dirty. Breakfast could be better. Descent location. Friendly staff

Very friendly staff!!! Great location. Offered late check out. 4 star hotel but felt like 5. Would definitely stay here again! Booked a room with no windows which I thought I would dread but it was ok. Love the rooftop area! Breakfast was decent.

Grand Silverland was wonderful! The staff were super friendly and constantly asking us if we needed a refill or anything more to make our stay comfortable. They were also helpful in providing information to us about what was close by. I would definitely stay here again! We took advantage of their spa services, too and it was so relaxing and affordable! The only downfall was our bedroom size - it was small for a king bed size. More space would have been nice and a better view as that is what we paid for.

Room is just okay. The bathroom is very small and shower spills over onto floor. Good location and nice breakfast.

This hotel is not huge but it is in a perfect location in District 1. It's near Ben Thanh Market and also the famous Street Food Market. The staff is great. It has a nice breakfast and WiFi. I didn't use the pool or workout room on our visit.

My first time in Ho Chi Minh and after spending 3 days at the Grand Silverland, I must say that they really know how to take care of their guest. Breakfast was among the best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Vietnam thus far. Staff makes you feel welcome every time you enter and leave the hotel.

All the staff at Grand Silverland Hotel were very polite, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Overall, the service was outstanding. We loved the breakfast with a variety of fresh juice. The afternoon tea was delicious.

Very close to Ben Thanh market and nearby attractions. Room are clean and internet is fast with no disconnections.
