The lobby is medium size, people have to use and sit in the restaurant if checking in or out. The restaurant is about twice the size of the lobby. Breakfast was good. The rooms are cleaned with great view of the river. The restrooms and shower is in the room, with glass as divider. The only issue is the hotel is next to Main Street or highway, which is bit noisy, minus the building construction across the street. There are plenty of restaurants next to hotel.

Toilet issues then broken weak air con!

Stayed at this hotel 5 plus times over the years but this trip hotel showed its age! First room toilet wouldn’t flush from entry for 3 days of them trying plunge and no other rooms available! They finally changed us rooms but then the new room the air con wouldn’t work nearly as good as other room! Had keep window curtains closed to help keep Sun out, they came and changed filter for a few days trying to fix then did a third Mainteance to it while we was out! Being on long trip and used to heat from are home area we didnt want to keep repacking so stayed in room. Staff did what they could and where nice as usual!

Stained filthy carpet, had to change 2 out of 6 rooms as stunk of mould and damp. Staff extremely reluctant to change rooms, or help with taxi or tours. Worst hotel experience we have had. Rooftop bar staff lovely. Extensive breakfast but room too small for peak time. Wouldn't recommend.

A Perfect Stay

The location is great, easy to access to nearby spot, cafe, restaurants. This hotel looks newly renovated, room is clean, bed is nice to sleep, spacious room. Special credit to Mr. Chau the house keeping, he had provided a good service, friendly. The hotel breakfast is good, variety of choices.
