Ok for a short stay

The hotel is central city location close to restaurants and bars walking distance to bus terminal and war museum and shopping areas Room is small reasonably clean some black mold I had a room with window but it just look into the window of the next building about 5 meters away It had good aircon and hot shower so for me overall it was good value

Great location for over night stay

The internet was awesome. The service was top grade. The person at reception opened a new room for us to solve our hot water problem. The hotel is very welcoming. Right from the point we arrived and checked in.

I forgot my watch in the room after checking out and when I called for it, they said they didn't see it.....I'm sure they just kept it. I'm sad that I probably won't see my watch again. Hotel location was bleh, there wasn't much happening around. Though, it is about a 10 minute walk to the walking street. Staff was generally nice, but a bit awkward. I have friends who came to freshen up before we went out. Staff would look at me as if I "rented" them. Room was mostly clean. I found some debris near the headboard. Bathroom.....the water would splash everywhere in the bathroom after my shower. There wasn't a curtain to block the water, so the floor would be wet.

Great location if you want to walk the town. Can be noisy because of all the traffic. A very busy town.All kinds of places to eat close by. Staff very willing to answer your questions and help you out. Careful when you book because they do have rooms with no windows.

Cheap cheap cheap!

This is a cheap hotel. It's noisy, the bed is rock hard, but if you need a place to stick your head down for the night, it's absolutely fine. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are super happy to help, they're friendly - you couldn't ask for more. And it's cheap.

Near shops and restaurants

Very polite and friendly employees. Room was nice enough but did not have working Air Conditioning nor external venting. few easy changes that would have made my stay more enjoyable: - Change the shower curtain or just remove it completely. The current one is moldy - Make sure you replace all toiletries when a new guest comes in. My shampoo and conditioner were already used - Do not store construction stuff (or anything) in the stairway. It is not convenient yo walk through that and it is very dangerous in case of emergency

Great location

I was very happy with my stay in a Deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room had a fantastic view of the City and Bitexco building. The location was great, just a short walk to Ben Thanh, Dong Khoi etc.

Worse Hotel ever

When I got to the hotel there was three guys standing at the door who work there not one of them got up to help me with my bag. When I got to the room it was pretty filthy the toilet have tissue in it and when I try to flush it it wouldn't go down the toilet did not work at all. When I went out to go meet up with friends and came back to the hotel the whole hotel was locked down I was standing outside for 10 minutes ringing the bell to someone let me in to a hotel room that I already paid for

Only need a bed in HCM to rest.

I know this is a cheap hotel with now frills attached. At least they provided a boiling kettle which is good.Could sleep soundly. Wifi is not strong enough. Was supposed to provide breakfast and I guess I am the only guest, they trade my windowless room to one with windows so they need not provide breakfast. That is all right with me.

Good for budget hotel

Condition of the hotel was good for budget travellers. wifi also very good easy for the travellers like us to contact our family at malaysia. very helpful and nice staff even only have 1 or 2 staff can speak and understand english. location of the hotel difficult to find however the reality this hotel nearby from ben thanh market around 10 minutes for walk distance.

A good base to have and cheap.

The hotel was what I needed somewhere to base myself and move out from on tours etc. As such I used the hotel to sleep and clean up. The staff were most helpful and my room was serviced daily and laundry done when I needed.

Great value hotel in perfect location

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel so decided to stay for a couple of extra nights. Excellent location; close enough to walk to the markets and tourist areas, but quiet at night. The nearby river is perfect for an evening stroll. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms have comfortable beds and working air conditioning, which is all you can ask for at this price. Would stay again!

Good budget hotel

Cheap and cheerful. If you're on a budget this place is next to the river, very close to local restaurants, bars both local and western and walking distance to Hindu temple, Catholic Church and Ben thanh market. I paid about £6 per night for a double room and it had an extra bed which was nice for extra space so same price as a hostel but way more private. Staff very helpful. Hotel doesn't look much from outside but you get what you pay for. Felt safe and secure
