This was my second time staying here. As long as you stay here understanding that the rooms are SMALL, even by Japanese standards, you'll be fine. The location is really convenient. The lounge/library that's open until late night is nice to hang out at.

Excellent value for the price! Room was adequate, there was even a good medium sized desk. Breakfast was fine with decent options. On-site laundry available and worked well, with washer with automatic detergent dispensing so no need to buy elsewhere. Both washer and dryer could be paid with coins (only 100 yen coins though) or could be paid through mobile app (AQ-connect app and pay with credit card) via scanning the QR codes on the machines. Location of hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station (40 min walk) but is easily accessible with options like tram/streetcar or buses. Otherwise location is good for tourism purposes.

The room was tiny and very old, the air conditioner was set to warm so we had to have the window open making the room quite loud. The breakfast was not great, but the worst part was the elevators, they were very slow and you need to account for the wait when travelling.

Clean room, very polite and helpful staff, on the Main Street close to public transportation and convenience stores. The room is very tiny and there wasn't enough space to fully open my luggage, and the breakfast/mornings hours do get busy in the hallways and crowd the two elevators - so expect slightly longer waiting times for the elevators then. But overall a fantastic stay!

Our room was so tiny and had lots of stains on the wall. The free breakfast is a nice perk but the line for food was ridiculous. Also seating was very limited. We ended up buying food at Lawsons since the line was at the elevators. The staff were very nice and made check in easy. Location wise its close to all the major sites.

Hotel is in an excellent location, services are very good. We like the breakfast a lot. Hotel also has a coin operated laundry room which is great.

Free breakfast was nice! Had a bad experience where someone took our still wet clothes out of the dryer and brought it to the front desk. Was very upset about that and the dryer had only been “done” for 2 minutes (the time it took to get down to the laundry room) the elevators are very slow. I wouldn’t recommend washing your clothes here, if you’re drying it probably will take 5 dryer rotations to fully dry. Good location though.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast service as both of us got a gastric bug while travelling. The staff were great at accommodating our situation, and even rang ahead to the emergency hospital to check the waiting time, when we thought one of us may need medical intervention, along with the same night attendee checking in to see how we were each evening. However when we asked for a late checkout on the morning of our departure we were asked to pay for the extra hour, disappointing customer service given we hadn’t eaten any of their free breakfast menu over our four night stay.

Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the common sitting area was nice with free coffee etc. The bedroom was decent sized for the price and location. Good bathroom. Slight musty smell probably because of some damp, but this was overcome by the air purifier in the room. Some great eats nearby. Would recommend.
