From Check in Blue was GREAT. Very personable and a pleasant welcoming attitude to see after 4O0 miles and 7 hours of driving. His shift was ending and we were nicely handed off to Tonya. Housekeeping was attentive. Crystal and kev( I think her name) made sure we had everything we needed. And breakfast had variety and was a good start to our day. I will DEFINITELY return to this hotel in the future.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect for us and our pets. The jacuzzi was much needed and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Thank you so much for a great experience for our family.

My review

Overall my stay was pretty good. My biggest issue was there was no suitable comfortable chair in my room. There was a rolling desk chair that was adjustable up and down, but after a few minutes I had to roll over to the bed to get back on my feet. Not much good for comfort or working at the desk. There was another chair, a hard back dining type, no comfort there either. The bed worked well enough, though I fell asleep before the Daytona race was over. GO BLANEY!

While it’s an older property it is kept clean. Room was decent and the beds comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Nice there’s an indoor pool and hot tub, yet the hot tub isn’t really hot. For me it has to be clean and beds comfortable and this was. Only issue is thin walls so you hear everyone around you. Otherwise it was decent and would stay again. Oh the $100 for incidentals is a bit much for this type of hotel, most hotels are just holding your card if needed but don’t charge anymore. Maybe this hotel should do the same.

The indoor pool was terrible with what seemed like no ventilation and the overwhelming chlorine fumes. Also, the water temperature was cold. The hotel general area appeared clean for the most part but the room was subpar. The bed mattress was collapsed and caused back pain and my wife and I to sink in to the middle of the bed. The bathroom was mildewed in the grout by the tub. The pull out bed (sofa bed) was overwhelming with a mold or mildew type of smell. The walls all had fingerprints and just seemed old and outdated overall. Would not stay there again. My wife said she started having breathing issues because of the mold.

My room was canceled 3 hours before i arrived by Expedia and i was unaware of this untill i drove 45min and found out. Pipes broke and damaged 4 rooms. The front desk didnt even bother to assist us in finding another hotel. A phone call would have been nice. Rude desk employee. She didnt care we were out of a room

Clean facility, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. We were there for one week and breakfast buffet was the same every morning. Would have been nice to have some variety! Overall was a good value for the money.

The rooms did not match pictures on Expedia, when I asked about it because we stayed specifically for the couch in the room they said they couldn’t upgrade us because we booked on Expedia. The room had the air turned off in the middle of summer. It took the whole night to get it cooled off. The window was broken and had duct tape on it, the bathroom has patches on the wall and peeling baseboards looked very dirty. Breakfast was very little. I would not stay at this property again.

Upon arriving, the clerk asked what floor did I want, doesn't matter. Gave me the 3rd, dog barked for hours. Next day asked to change rooms, manager said she'd call back, never did. Had to go to the front desk. Clerk said she could move me down by 6 rooms. Can't get another floor, no we're booked. Just yesterday I had my choice. But I didn't hear the dog again. If I walk in w/o a pet, don't put me in that section.
