My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay! Overall the property and staff were very nice. The entertainment was excellent. I did not like that wash clothes were not provided in the rooms. It took two days of verbal requests to find out you have to request them through the app. The distance from other popular excursions and attractions is the only draw back.

10/10! Only things I didn’t like: the beds were hard (but party hard enough & it doesn’t matter) & the first day we got there they had games in the lobby, but the other days they did not. The staff is AMAZING! Kevin, Nekesha, Trudy-Ann, Briskett (sorry if I spelt wrong) & Riri were all absolutely AMAZING! It truly feels like your home away from home! If you want to buy souvenirs on the beach, Kevin (he’s always furthest from the resort & not pushy) has the best items, & he’s so kind! We will be back!
