We had an excellent stay here! I would stay in this exact condo again and again and again and would not hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone else! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, everything was completely up-to-date, had everything you could need for your stay, and was perfectly located between Harbour Town and the Beach Club, which are two of our favorite spots when we come to Sea Pines. The host was VERY responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a PERFECT place to stay, look no further than this one!

The unit was well appointed and every possible amenity. However the upkeep and maintenance were not up to VRBO STANDARDS. The air conditioning unit had not been properly serviced in months. The filter was plugged so badly that air could not pass through enough to cool the unit to livable conditions. The air return grid was so full of dirt and lint that it took my wife and I 20 minutes to brush and vacuum it. Once we removed the plugged filter the condo began to cool down and smell much better. Neither tv functioned when we arrived. The one in the main living room had to be replaced and the one in the bedroom began to work once I plugged it in to another outlet. You should remind renters in all communications that the Check Mark must be touched after the four initial digits to unlock the entry door.
