The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, features seating for eight. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a large HDTV, and sliding doors that open to your private patio with beautiful pool views.

The first-floor primary suite includes a King-size bed, HDTV, and private slider access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom has been newly updated with a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. To the left is a guest bedroom with a King-size bed, HDTV, and sliding doors to a private deck. Its custom en-suite bathroom features a granite vanity and a uniquely tiled tub and shower combination. Straight ahead is another guest bedroom with two Queen size beds, HDTV, and a custom-updated en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower. The final guest bedroom offers two Twin beds, an HDTV, and sliding doors to a private deck, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

unit has serious plumbing problem

Water pours from upstairs bathroom through the light fixture in downstairs bathroom. There is mold on the ceiling of downstairs bathroom. The ceiling is saturated and very water stained. Reported. Said maintenance would come but never did. Called again later in the week. Unable to use upstairs shower

Another awesome stay in HHI

Super location of a great condo for families. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We appreciated access to some beach supplies (extra soft sided cooler and layout blankets) and also the multiple updated bathrooms. Bedrooms were nicely sized and comfortable. Only negative is there could have been a few more kitchen essentials like baking pans and more than one sauté pan and pot. Also the grill didn’t have propane when we arrived and had a long wait to get it replaced. A little annoying way to start the trip when we were trying to make dinner, but Palmetto Dunes eventually took care of it. Highly recommend!

Great unit

This unit was perfect and very quiet. The access to everything was our favorite. Each room had its own bathroom (odd showers in two of them but that was the only thing we didn’t love) It was a great property and we will go back again!

Best vacation ever can’t wait to come back!! Me and the family enjoyed every minute of it So much the hospitality from the staff at condos. The room was neat, I had my own disinfectant system so that wasn’t a problem either we love it can’t wait to come back!!!

Nice Beach House, Excellent Location

The house was very nice and accommodated our family very well. The bedrooms and their bathrooms have all been updated and were very enjoyable. Our family did not have a similar experience to some of the other reviews and found the house to be clean and orderly upon our arrival. The pool (which is shared with a number of other homes) was also clean and enjoyable. The kitchen leaves more to be desired in terms of space and appliances but was more than satisfactory and accommodated multiple family meals. The outside area also has a an odd sap like covering over the back patio flooring making it sticky which negated us from spending much time there. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and the home offers numerous beach access points that only Palmetto Dunes residents can access - a huge plus because even in peak season the beach was not slammed like other public ones on Hilton Head. BE WARNED - this booking only comes with one car pass and you will be charged $30 per car after the first car which I did not read anywhere in the rental agreement through VRBO or through palmetto dunes; not a fun surprise at check in. All in all, a very nice home that made for a very enjoyable family beach trip.

Great communication from management staff. A very enjoyable stay with the exception of the non working microwave. Very disappointing since it affected our breakfast options on an already tight morning timeline for our golf trip. Especially discouraging since the microwave was addressed in a review that I saw from several months prior to our visit - more than enough time to rectify the situation.

Property description not accurate

The description of unit says: pull out couch, no it doesn’t and we were counting on that bed. The half bath door did not shut properly or lock. Was very inconvenient. The downstairs bedroom was listed as having 2 twin beds and it had the king bed. My elderly mom was with us and could not do the stairs so she had to share a bed with me. The 1 working microwave wasn’t great. It didn’t spin all the time. Also, I downloaded the hospitality app and did not get the information about checkout until the day of. I checked through all information in villa for instructions and could not find anything. Last minute we were trying to do it. The checkout information says door code would be deactivated at 10am it was deactivated before 10. The door shut and locked before we had everything out. We had to find a cleaning person to let us in. Thank God one of my young grandchildren wasn’t locked in.

Needs some care.

This unit is in a great location to the beach and the pool is right out the back door. Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful vacation destination on Hilton Head. The uniti, however, needs some care. Parts have been remodeled but, others needed maintenance. Additional kitchen supplies would have been helpful.

Perfect bachelorette bungalow!

We rented this unit for a friend's bachelorette party. It was absolutely perfect! The furnishings are adorable, updated and comfortable and there was PLENTY of space for all 9 of us to sleep, get ready and hang out. Being steps away from the pool was a phenomenal perk and the Dunes Shuttle was just a short ride to the beach. Our only complaint is we had some difficulty with the air conditioning in the main living space (living room/kitchen). The bedrooms had perfect AC but downstairs the temperature struggled to lower. We made do with box fans but it would have been nice to have the same AC throughout the unit. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this unit and Palmetto Dunes Resort!

Decent Place to Stay

Not bad for the price. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice. Crazy grounds keeping people were running blowers from 7am Friday morning till around 11am which was not ideal. Microwave didn't work, one room had an overwhelming smell of paint. $20 for an extra parking pass. $30 for extra towels. Sounds a bit much. Was nice to get 2 free hours of tennis with the rental. Overall, nice place and decent value.

My family and I stayed here July 12-15, 2017 and had a wonderful stay. The pool was right outside the back door and within walking distance to beach. The unit itself was well stocked with what we needed, and the local Kroger store for anything else we wanted (food & drinks). I would strongly recommend this property....( 4 adults & 6 children ) if you need more bedding consider bringing air mattress there is room for them. Jeff San Antonio, TX
