5502 Island Club is a premier vacation rental with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. This oceanfront, 5th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is completely renovated and beautifully furnished, making it the ideal location for your next beach getaway.

The living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and stunning ocean views. Guests can access the oceanfront balcony through sliding glass doors in this room or from the main bedroom.

The dining area seats 6 and is open to the top-of-the-line kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinets and a full-size washer and dryer.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, magnificent ocean views and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, Smart TV and access to a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo and balcony was able space for 4 adults. The balcony does not have a cover but there is shade in the early morning and evening. View was great even saw some deer. The primary bedroom gets a lot of sun so it ran a bit warm. We used the tower fan so that helped. The condo has good water pressure and never heard the neighbors.

Just a few things:

Only one main elevator goes to 5th floor and it was under repair. All other elevators go to 4th floor. Lugging all our gear, luggage, groceries, etc, up a flight of stairs all week long was a huge inconvenience. Cleanliness was suspect after finding a huge ball of hair in shower prior to even using it. Gross! Toaster didn’t work and dryer whistles in use. Other than that, great view of the ocean and beautiful complex.
