Fantastic location just a little away from all the activities, so it’s much quieter. Yet only a 10 minute walk. Very clean uncluttered space. Perfect for me.

Situated in and amongst a forest of pines and large ferns. The deer appear in the morning and evening. We sat up on the deck enjoying the salt breeze and taking in a beautiful late day sunset. The tinted windows give both privacy and a 360 degree view. Everything worked. There was a delay in getting in due to a misprogrammed key but after some time Steven responded and the rest of the stay was perfect.

We loved the location and the house. Deer Island is a very unique place on Hilton Head in a pine and palmetto forest where the deer come out to forage in the evening but within easy walking distance to Harbour Town. The house was like being in a treehouse looking out into the forest. Everything in the house was clean and well furnished. A great way to enjoy Hilton Head without being in the typical row of condos.

Kitchen was great and very well equipped.lounge and kitchen very comfortable and spacious.Harbour shops short walk away.Supermarket 4 miles away.Yes lovely and clean.The location was fantastic - loved being in the woods surrounded by trees , birds and deer. But with only a short walk to habour area.Very peaceful - good decking with rocking chairs and tabled chairs.A really great place to stay.

Place was incredible. Unique, fun and excellent location. We are real estate investors and have STR places along the East Coast so we are have high standards. Deer Island treehouses are perfect for an intimate getaway! We will definitely book again.

Wow what a place! Beautiful property in a great location. It’s so peaceful and you feel immersed in nature but are still just a short walk from the shops and some great restaurants. We loved everything about our stay there and will definitely visit again. Very easy to check in and great communication too.

First, the location in Sea Pines is even better than what we wanted… it’s truly within a short walking / bike riding distance to everything Harbourtown…Shops, golf, boat rides and restaurants. Wonderful. Second, we were blown away with how peaceful and beautiful the setting is. What a cool tree-house home! Thank you, again, for sharing your piece of paradise with us. 10 out of 10!

Lovely place in a quiet location. Perfect for us since we were visiting with family also staying on Deer Island. We are seniors so really appreciated outdoor lighting since we would come back after dark. Kitchen is well equipped and bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend this charming home.

The treehouse was great, the location is convenient and walking distance to harbourtown and many restaurants. It was so nice we decided to stay an extra day, we found the host to be helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
