Properpty is fine. Pool was not finished but we didn’t need a pool. Our original condo was canceled the day we arrived on Hilton Head. Second place was set but canceled before I could get a call back. Third place was fine but I asked for Sea Pines but got a place 40 mins away.

This place was filthy and disgusting. I would not let my dog stay here.There were bugs in and around the bathtub as well as mold growing in one of the window frames.The area rug smelled like animal waste.In addition the pots and pans were old and dirty and should be thrown away.Do not stay here. The owners have neglected this property.

We had a great time. We loved that it was pet friendly and kid friendly. It would have been nice to have a bigger space for the bunk bed rooms, but we made do! We liked how quiet the master bedroom was away from the kitchen. We had a lot of pollen when we went so we didn't sit on the porch much but the screened doors were great. Lots of storage space and loved having the washer and dryer. We were there for 5 days and we brought extra trashbags, soap and papertowels. Would stay here again, but our kids are getting a little bigger so we need a full 2nd bedroom and bath if possible. thank you!

Perfect location for extended weekend stay

We loved this place! Perfect size for us and our dog (also loved that it's dog friendly). Great location -- can walk to Harbor Town and even to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Shoppping center with coffee shop , quick market and a few restaurants also within walking distance. Definitely recommend. Only thing to be mindful of is it's on a 2nd floor so there are stairs and the shower/tub situation is a little tricky too if you're traveling with older folks. But both are minor and it's a great location and lovely

This is a pet friendly property- I do not have a pet. This company waited three weeks after I left to charge me 310 cleaning for pet odor. When I reached out repeatedly telling them I did not own a pet or bring a pet, They refused to listen and said it was my fault. I later read a review the day I was billed from another tenant who said the property smelled like pet odor. If this was my fault and they cleaned after my visit why did it still smell? I had to take this up with my credit card company as I got nowhere with this business. I would not rent this property! stayed here for 3 nights. Property was “tired”, pillows were terrible and mattress overhung box spring.
