Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor unit. Condo offers an open floor plan. The living area features TV, Sofa, table for 6 and balcony. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has twin bunks and a queen bed. Renovated bathroom w/ a granite top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Condo has chairs, toys, beach and umbrella. Community has a shared pool, and access to the beach on walking/biking trails. Close to all Hilton Head has to offer; Coligny Circle. Pirate Park, Harris Teeter, Sea Pines and much much more !

Great location. Well stocked condo, close to bike paths and beach (on bikes). 15-20 minute walk with wagon. 2 adult beach chairs and beach wagon provided at condo was very nice. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to sit on. Rachel is super helpful and responded quickly with all questions. Thank you for hosting us.

Rachel is very responsive and helpful. The property is very convenient to Coligny yet quiet and tucked away. The unit was ok, it could use a fresh paint job all around, especially the trim. The outside of the building is in need of painting and repair, but I am aware that this is currently going on building by building at Forest Gardens from having stayed at a different unit over the winter. All in all a decent value for the money.

Condo was clean, and had everything you would need to cook full meals. So many small appliances were available as well (air fryer, waffle maker, blender, etc…). Tons of dinnerware for adults and children alike. Plenty of soap/shampoo. We did purchase extra paper towels/toilet tissue during our stay. The shower had insane water pressure, and if not careful strategically placing the shower liner, the bathroom floor would be soaked! It is at least a 20 minute walk to the beach, not close for littles or elderly guests. We had family staying beach front, so we ended up parking at their resort and accessing the beach that way. Condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator, but stairs not bad. Pest control showed up unannounced during our trip, but we let him in to spray, and afterwards, little critters made their presence known! Sliding door to balcony very hard for kids and older adults to maneuver, but nice area to enjoy morning coffee. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was not busy, and kids enjoyed it. Super close to Coligny. When finding the condo, our GPS kept trying to make us turn into the woods like a 1/4 mile from the actual turn in, so this was annoying, but the kids thought it was funny! Not sure how they could change or update this. It is the 2nd entrance into Forest Gardens, not the woods. Overall we had a great stay!
