All around Beautiful!

From the house to the location, we couldn’t have asked for better. The beach was clean and perfect for bike riding, swimming, sunbathing and games. The pool was perfect for the teenagers and the house layout was ideal for our large family. Very clean, great kitchen, and everyone had their own bathroom and privacy when needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Christmas Holiday Vacation

My extended family and I rented this property over Christmas and had a great experience! Despite the weather not being the greatest, it worked well for us in many ways. The house was spacious and both the living areas & bedrooms were comfortable. The views were breathtaking and the property management company was wonderful. They were extremely helpful even on Christmas Eve and accommodated a big last minute request having to do with the pool, which we were very grateful for. While we did enjoy our stay overall, we did however have a few complaints. The biggest one was the size of the hot tub. For a house of this size, it was far too small. It could only hold maybe three or four people comfortably at a time and our family is close! Since it was chilly during our stay, this was disappointing. Additionally, the floors throughout the house were filthy and we had to wear socks the whole time to avoid black feet. The burners on the stove didn't work well....one would get way too hot and two of the others wouldn't get hot enough. Our stay was about a week and we had a private chef come one of those nights, so that was troublesome. And we found that some of the basic items you'd expect to find in a luxury house rental were missing, such as salt & pepper, matches or a lighter, etc. I definitely don't want to focus on the negative, as the experience overall was pleasant, but I would be remiss not to mention these. I feel with a few tweaks, the property could be amazing!

Family Fun

This property is beautiful... just like the pics. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very popular along with the pool and ping pong tables. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Our family will be returning and I can't recommend this home any more strongly.

Family Vacation

Great family vacation at 11 Junket. The house was exactly what was needed for our large family. The location on the beach was awesome and the pool provide hours of fun for the grandkids. The management group was responsive and great to work with as well. Will return for another family vacation at 11 Junket.

Beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes

Gorgeous home right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful!!! Family room off the kitchen was awesome too. Pool and outdoor space was amazing. Only negative is the spiral staircase to the pool area and the beach from the back deck.

Looks can be deceiving!

No pool for 2 days and not one response from the property manager after multiple texts, calls, and emails. They require a hose to constantly run and fill the pool, very dangerous. The water is tinted green, sent a picture, when filling up the bathtubs, asked Island Time multiple times to test the water, said they were aware and never came out to test the water. The home is beautiful however property management, the green bath water, and the pool were major health and safety issues not to mention the dangerous spiral steps inside and outside the home.

Great Location in Palmetto Dunes

Great oceanfront home in PD. Pool area is larger than most in the area. Great for lave families. Property was clean and worked well for our family. Communication with the management team was very good. Will definitely stay here again.
