This was the perfect place to stay in Hilton head for us. Easy access to the beach, convenient to shopping, beautiful decor, and thoughtful additions to the condo, pool right outside my door, all were things that made this the perfect place.

Wonderful Condo, close to Beach and Coligny.

Beautiful condo, layout is nice, we had a perfect weekend stay. Everything we needed was in Kitchen. Great location, pool was nice. We will stay here again!

Has a great time and will be back. Four stars for cleanliness only bc there was an inch of dust on ceiling fan and we didn’t run it.

Great place, great location

The property was just as expected. It was a short walk to the beach, and right across the street from shopping and restaurants. The place was clean, parking and unit access was easy.We would gladly stay there again.

First the location is perfect, right next to the coligny Plaza and a short walk to the beach. The pool is on the same level and pretty much right outside the door. The flat is surprisingly spacious, more than we realised from the photos. It's very well stocked with toilet roll, bin bags, all essentials we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy, WiFi very fast. Absolutely no complaints

Happy in Hilton Head

This property is perfect! Spacious. Extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable! I recently broke my foot and there were no issues at all getting in the condo. Straight on the elevator from our car and straight into the condo. The walk in shower was a bonus. We will stay here again!

This is fourth time we stayed at this facility since it opened as a premier facility on HHI. We chose this facility because it was a premier location, rather than a place on the beach. Outside of building looked good. Sign on pool said it was closed. Contracted PM and they said it was only because pool was not heated. Why not put a sign that warns the pool is not heated rather than closed. Front door and door frame of 408 had peeling paint. Not a good introduction to unit. Unit was clean but starting to show wear. Door strike of deadbolt on front door falling out. Could not close door to second bedroom because screws on bottom hinge coming out. Carpet old in both bedrooms, stains on entrance to MB. Needs to be replaced. Cushions on couch and chairs in family room terribly soft. Used cushions from porch chairs to be comfortable. Newer mattress in MB nice. New shower in MB very nice. Unit needs some updating to maintain premier status. Probably would look for another facility the next time down.

Fantastic newly listed property

What a fantastic newly purchased property to rent right across from the beach! This condo was absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after each guest. The condo is spacious, well decorated with a fabulous outdoor porch for relaxing, meals, cocktails or morning coffee. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals etc. The recent new owner additions are extremely well done -- the large walk-in master shower is heavenly. Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right near the pool which was incredibly convenient. The free golf cart shuttle service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Keith was super easy and his response time was very fast. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, beach oriented place to stay while on HHI!
