Great Experience

Our stay was awesome. The 2 bedroom condo has all the updates and everything you will need for vacation at the beach. We have stayed at HHI Beach and Tennis resort 3 times now. Great location and this was best condo to date. Owner is focused and attentive to ensuring your stay is wonderful. Highly decommend!

Check in was not easy at the resort but the owner of the property was so great.

Our stay was so great. The big wheel wagon was the best thing for us to take to the beach as well as unloading food from the store. Very up to date condo.

Great Vacation spot in Hilton Head

We were very happy with this location. The condo was recently renovated (whole place) and very clean. It had everything you could want - fully stocked, new appliances, and plenty of kitchen tools. We loved the balcony at all times of the day. They had chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon to pull it all in to the beach. The pools were close and a great alternative to the beach (which we could walk to in a few min). And the location on the island was perfect - close to many good restaurants, food store, mini golf, and shopping. Best of all, Bob was great with the communications. He provided clear emails with instructions and advice and his responses were always very quick. We had no issues and would definitely come back. Had a great time.

We have stayed at this property several times and this unit was just great!! Very well appointed. Had anything and everything you might need. Pictures are very accurate and the communication with the owner was the best I have ever experienced. We definitely plan to return!!

Best family get away in a long time

Very easy to communicate with the owner. We arrived and the place was clean ans had a clean smell to it. Set up was perfect for what my family needed. They have a bunch of starter things for you such as soaps, coffee, snacks. Everything you need is at your fingertips. No need to haul around extra things like, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, and buggie boards. They are all there for you. Tennis, beach, pool, food, and other activities are right on the property. Golf courses are very close. Food, restaurants, movie theater, are less than 10 mins. After a long day of sun on the beach and pool it was nice to sit on the balcony and relax to the quiet sound of the ocean breeze. My family and i truly enjoyed our time there and are lookikg forward to setting up with them again. Definitely get your moneys worth!

We enjoyed our Fall break. We played pickleball, rode bikes and loved eating seafood in varies of restaurants close by. This unit is close to the beach and we enjoyed it’s convenience. Property manager is easy to reach and very fast in respond questions.

Summer Vacation

The property was very clean and updated. A great location and short walk to the pools and beach. Owners have many extras that made our stay easier. Plenty of beach equipment, towels, dishes, wagon, luggage cart etc. Communication with the owner was top notch!

Fantastic place and property

Just want to say how much fun our family had here. Great communication with the owner was a HUGE plus with questions and things going on at the beach/complex. Gorgeous beach that I did a lot of running on, beach day with the kids, sunset walks and just enjoying the ocean views. Fantastic restaurants in the area. Mini golf if you are into that. Just an overall very good experience and would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a very nice clean place to stay. Thanks again!

Fantastic stay!

This condo was absolutely lovely! Very comfortable living room furniture, well stocked kitchen and our family unanimously agrees that these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a VRBO rental!! Bob was so attentive & easy to communicate with from start to finish. We didn’t use the on site restaurants, but we loved how easy it was to travel the island to different communities/restaurants of our choice. The pickle ball courts were great & we loved playing in the mornings before it got too hot. The beach is beautiful & we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by each morning. It’s obvious that Bob & his family take great pride in their property. It was a joy to stay here & I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to HHI!

Very clean, great location!

This condo was very nice. It was very modern and clean. Only a three minute walk to the beach, which was wonderful! The host provided big thick beach towels, along with a wagon to haul all beach equipment and provided beach chairs , boogie boards & sand toys! It was so nice not having to pack beach towels for a trip, and that was provided. The host of the property Bob was very nice and extremely friendly, and answered any questions that I had! The condo is also in a great location. I loved that the condo was very close to different golf courses, miniature, golfing, shopping & restaurants. Everyone around was very friendly! The condo had pickle ball, which I never played before and that was really fun! Great place to stay!!!!

Beautiful HHI Condo

The location of the condo was just as described. It is newly renovated, has a fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, and couches that recline. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball in the morning, going to the beach all day, and playing tennis in the evening. It was very convenient to have all the necessary gear for the beach available to use. I would definitely stay here again!

The Folly is NOT staying longer!

Beautiful clean condo with simple grey motif. Views from the second story balcony were stunning and second only to the views from the beach, a 3 min walk from the condo. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards were a nice added bonus for playing on the beach in warmer weather. Location is away from the main public beach (Coligny) meant a less crowded and more private atmosphere despite being in a condominium. New comfortable furniture and a large TV accommodated the one rainy afternoon and lazy nights after exploring Hilton Head Island. Fully equipped kitchen meant we could make our own food, if we were willing to miss out on the tasty nearby restaurants.

What a great condo & fantastic location! Bob was amazing with communications (directions, what to expect, activity/dining suggestions, everything!) He even texted us throughout the week to give us a heads up regarding the electric company “energy saving” events, which was helpful to know during our very hot week. Wonderful people to rent from!

Beautiful, Family Owned, Perfect Location

We were very specifically looking for a family owed condo in a great location and we found it! This condo is beautifully renovated, and it is clear the family takes great care and has a lot of pride over their property. Bob was very informative, communicative, and readily available. The condo is well stocked with what you need for a successful week stay. The view from the balcony is great. The beach access is easy and everything you could ask for. The condo grounds are well-maintained. We had a beautiful week as a family of 4 in this beautiful condo. Would very much recommend this unit!

June Getaway

What a great week on HHI! I can't think of a single thing that the owner could provide above everything they already have! The beach chairs, coolers, wave boards, and umbrellas were great to have. For people who fly in like we did, they are such a welcome set of supplies. We didn't really cook but the kitchen is incredibly supplied for any scenario. . . they really have everything! Bob is an excellent host/owner and the communication was top notch.

Great Hilton head vacation and condo

Our family of 6 had a great stay, it was our first time staying at this resort and we would go back for sure. Bob was wonderful and prompt with communication. The unit itself felt even bigger in person than the pictures showed. The bedrooms were super dark with the mirrored windows which made for some great sleep for all of us. Having a provided pack and play was a nice addition, along with the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and cart. Great view of the ocean and lagoon along with the small alligator that our kids named Elliot. A short walk and you were on the beach. Was a flat 2.5 mile ride to shelter cove restaurants and park and our 6, 8, and 9 year old had a great time riding. I would definitely put this condo on your list if you are looking at a Hilton head vacation

Perfect week at the beach!

Everything in the condo has been remodeled and it is clear the owner has thought of all the little details to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could want, there are beach carts and luggage carts for your use, the pools and property are clean and well kept. Family vacation

This property was just as described, close to the beach, fully furnished, and with 5 wonderful amenities! Bob was a great host. Gave clear and concise directions. Kept us updated on events occurring in the area. The condo was wonderful. We have a toddler, so we typically need to travel with extra gear. Bob had a highchair, pack and play, and kid-approved (plastic) dishes for us to use. My daughter enjoyed the beach toys and boogie boards. My husband and I enjoyed the beach chairs, sand blanket, and cooler. It was nice having these items available for our use, making our packing much easier. The complex was quiet. We had no issues with noisy neighbors. People were friendly. We were able to order pizza from the resort, which was delicious (and delivered right to our door) and enjoy pool side drinks. The resort had fun events such as poolside movies complete with glow stick cotton candy! Bike rentals on the property were easy and could be done ahead of time online before arriving. We had a great vacation and hope to return to this unit soon!
