In the living room you will find two matching sofas, a comfortable leather chair and ottoman, and a game table with seating for 4. The whole back wall of this house is sliding doors leading out to your patio and amazing golf views.

As you enter the front door, the three-bedrooms are located on the left wing of the house. The master offers a king bed, TV and DVD player, slider to the patio, and a private bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a built-in bookshelf. The third bedroom offers a queen bed flat screen TV and DVD player, and a slider to the pool area out front. These two bedrooms would share a full bathroom located in the hall. The den has a sleeper sofa with pocket doors.

Outside you will find a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating, beautiful long golf views, and a large pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by a privacy fence and courtyard.
