It was very clean and had everything we needed. However the listing stated access to a pool which was not correct. Every other location we stayed in Shipyard has it's own pool. This is not which was a disappointment since that was important to us

We had a wonderful stay at the Shipyard Villa. The unit is well-appointed, clean and organized. We looked forward to using the pool, but found out that there is no pool for this unit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was when the air conditioning malfunctioned. However, we were pleased that management was very responsive and got it fixed immediately! We definitely plan on returning to the Shipyard Villa.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, this was a nice stay. We did have some minor issues, but nothing that was too problematic. There are a few visual things that I am sure, the property manager will be working on, but for the most part we enjoyed our stay.There was confusion on whether pool access was included, so I would confirm that before booking and get those directions before arrival.Also, our electronic code was cut off at 8am on the morning of our departure and check-out is at 10am. Just make sure that you have someone on the inside who can let you in if you decide to go for an early morning walk or a quick trip to the beach before you leave.The property management company is extremely responsive and we really appreciated that.

Close to everything

We arrived an hour early and were able to get in. Place was clean. We were close to the pool and beach and corner store. Just had to travel a mile to get out to main street. Overall great! Only negative could use nicer bath towels

Great location and pool

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Short walk to the beach, great pool, great access to many bike trails, close to restaurants. The only issue was confusion on amenities listed in vrbo listing vs what was available. This was all resolved prior to finalizing booking and resulted in a great vacation!

Our family enjoyed The Cottages. Great location, clean and spacious cottage for our family of four. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach cruiser bikes included with stay. Thank you for a great week!

Location, location, location

Great location! We were able to get to everything within 10 mins in car or on our rented bikes. Super quiet, gated community made it ideal for family with 2 kids. Loved the townhouse but box springs on beds need to be replaced. Old and super squeaky and uncomfortable. Don’t forget your fire stick if u want to watch more than cable tv. Other than those points we had a great holiday.

Home Away from Home and Close to All Good Things

Great Townhome

Great townhome for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very attentive and responsive Property Mgmt Company. Too far for us to bike to the beach, but the beach club was perfect for parking and walking. Would definitely stay again!

Our new favorite vacation spot!!!

Our stay on HHI was amazing and that is due in great part to the wonderfully appointed place we rented from Hilton Head Properties. The location is excellent, the place was spotless, and it had every amenity we could need or want. We had such an excellent time that we are already planning our next stay.

Cottages 35

The place is great. It is on a par 3 waterhole on Brigantine and the wildlife on the other side of the water is always active. The unit is clean and everything works: heat, plumbing, lights, tv, etc. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and is heated. This was a really nice place to warm up in February and March before returning to the North.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your property. Very beautifully decorated and well equipped. Management was very nice, called me to give instructions and told us to call if there was anything we needed. I loved that there we extra linens and towels in the closet. I would recommend this property to everyone, such a pleasant stay.

Very nice!

The entire area is very shady with trees and even though it was close to 100 degrees every day of our week there, it wasn't miserable because of all of the shade. The pool is a short walk around the corner from the house. One end of the pool was shaded in the morning hours and the other end was shaded in the evening hours and the pool is shallow on both ends, with the deep part being in the middle which was great for us since our kids are still learning to swim and couldn't really stay in the deep area much - we were always able to stay in the shade! The house was very nice and clean and the back porch has a nice view of the golf course. The golf courses closes around 5 or 6 so we could walk the golf cart paths in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay very much.

PERFECT getaway condo in every way!

This newly renovated condo was just perfect for our week long getaway! It was immaculate, bright, and comfortable! In the mornings, we loved to sit on the patio, have coffee, and keep an eye out for the resident alligator that likes to hang out across the lagoon! The beautiful beach was literally a 2 minute drive. On the beach we found a live sand dollar, a starfish, saw dolphin and a breathtaking sunrise! There are so many yummy restaurants within biking or driving distance away. The worst part was trying decide where to go! We spent one day site seeing in Savannah, GA which is a must and only about 1 hour drive from the condo. LOT'S of fun shopping by the water and 2 outlet malls! HIGHLY recommend!! :)
