This was a perfect house four our family, on the golf course with a 6 minute easy walk to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, great decor and responsive management team!!

Palmetto Dunes Family Vacation

My family and I vacation in HHI every year and this year we loved where we stayed in Palmetto Dunes! A short walk to the beach, the General Store, and pickleball. Great sidewalks for riding bikes/walking/running. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Thompson Stay

Great location for property. I think I would be planning for a carpet replacement at some point. Also, garbage collection may need addressing. Otherwise, the property is a great one. Truly enjoyed our stay.

BEST LOCATION IN PALMETTO

The condo was in order when we arrived and the ease of entry with the door code was perfect. Communication with Hilton Head Realty and Rentals were the best I've ever experienced with any rental agency, and we've been renting in HHI for 15 years. Every detail was arranged. The living room furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The beds in the condo were comfortable, especially the King bed in the main bedroom. All bathrooms were in good condition. The kitchen was adequate. Everything worked well, but it lacked in a few items. The best parts about this condo were the location and the view. It is walking distance to the tennis and Pickleball courts, the general store and the golf practice center. It is a quick bike ride to the ocean. Also, the view out the back of the condo to the Fazio Golf Course is exceptional.We enjoyed sitting on the porch and having lunch, weather permitting, while watching the golfers putt on the 18th green. We would stay here again. One thing to note: There was a slight odor when we entered the property. It was very subtle, but enough to notice. We became used to it and Eventually we didn't smell it anymore, but when our son came for a short visit, he noticed it also. We think maybe it's the carpeting, which is old and spotted and should be replaced.

Fazio villa 2 great unit

The unit is designed to be open concept with spacious and well planned designs and and the finishes were excellent. The furnishings were updated and excellent choices. The view of the Fazio 18th green and beyond was gorgeous and relaxing. Definitely coming back.

Steamy week in HH

Well thank goodness the A/C worked perfectly because we picked the hottest week to be on Hilton Head. The listing was exactly as posted, if not better. Brand new coffee pot, all the basics we needed to make a couple meals, even found some salt & pepper. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was a short bike ride away. Our only complaint was the crazy hot weather, and the pool and ocean were too warm to really cool off. Nothing you can do about that! We parasailed, saw a movie, tried a bunch of restaurants, went to a nature preserve and saw some gators, and of course the beach. Lovely stay.

Wonderful vacation

Loved this villa. Very clean with nice updates. Great location to beach and restaurants. Bike rentals were nice to have as we enjoyed several rides late afternoon and early evening.
