Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.


Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Great little place for your pup and your family. We went for walks on the beach each morning and evening.

Perfect small getaway

My dog and I had the perfect stay. The unit is a perfect size with a full kitchen. There is also a hose right outside the door so perfect for cleaning up after the beach without bringing the beach inside. It took me a minute to figure out how to access the beach, but there is a small entrance along the treeline. It’s about an 8 min walk.

Great place and location

The place was very nice, clean and cozy! It is in walking distance (minutes) to the beach. The apartment is close to restaurants and grocery stores. I liked that you have a bike trail right outside for biking around the island. The community where the apartment is located is very quiet and dog friendly. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
