Key fob wasn’t placed in lock box by previous Renter. So getting into building was delayed. More than 1 key dob would have been great. Someone finally told us the main door passcode 2 days into stay which was more helpful. Washer dryer combo unit was very confusing. Location to beach was closer than described.

Good property and location

We enjoyed our stay there. The property is clean and convenient to shopping and beaches. When we first got in, there was a tiny bit of stale smell, but it aired out by the next morning. The screens on the terrace and windows were broken. Otherwise great stay and I liked that the place was sparkling clean and newly remodeled.

Great place to stay and convenient to beach and Coligny Plaza!

Stayed here with husband and son for a 5 day mini vacation. William was responsive to questions and so easy to work with. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was convenient to Coligny Plaza and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. William had chairs and umbrellas, which we did not use, but thought it was a great touch. We will definitely be back to stay. We had a great time.

Weekend get away

My family was in Hilton head to attend a family birthday party. This property was amazing, it was perfect for family. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are amazing. The layout of the condo was perfect for my son and daughter-in-law and grandson to have one side and I had the other side. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there the kitchen had everything we needed including the Keurig. William was extremely responsive when we had to contact him with a question. I highly recommend this property.

PERFECT CONDO GET AWAY!

I was SOO impressed with this condo and how well stocked it was, the kitchen had every essential thing you would need to be away from home. It was such a perfect get away for my family vacation.
