This updated two-story townhouse, elevated just one flight above street level, offers all the comforts of home in a serene setting. Situated in the ocean-oriented Courtside complex, you'll enjoy beautifully manicured landscaping and proximity to the best of Hilton Head.

Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and adjacent to the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Courtside provides exclusive tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo, thanks to a special membership with the center. The community features two on-site pools, a tranquil lagoon with a fountain, and convenient parking right at your doorstep.

The main level of the townhouse boasts new, comfortable furnishings and a spacious layout. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the living room opens onto a deck overlooking a picturesque courtyard and pool. For added convenience, there is a half bath off the dining area, which seats six.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa, and both bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs.

Enjoy the best of beachside living and easy access to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, just a short bike ride or walk away.

Great location and condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over the weekend. The check in process was easy and they called to let me know I could check in early. It was an easy walk to the beach and the shops.
