Inside, the villa features a welcoming and thoughtfully designed layout with one queen bed and two twin beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as pictured. But, what we could not see in the pictures is that all of the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable (we know b/c we tried different beds in an attempt to find a comfortable one). The loveseat in the living room is also VERY uncomfortable. Both bedrooms have slat type blinds that do a poor job of blocking light and there is a bright light outside of the condo that keeps the bedrooms lit up throughout the night. On the positive side, the kitchen was well outfitted, the water pressure was good and the water was hot.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not for Seniors. Not within walking distance to anything. On second floor, can't walk stairs, saw roaches. Had to go to another hotel for last two days ( extra $$$).

Reviewer Comments: This unit had all amenities needed for a family ... beach accessories, bicycles, etc. Kitchen very well stocked.balcony with rocking chairs were very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell in the unit. A musty, damp, mouldy smell. Very very difficult to ignore. Bought odour eaters and Lysol but all furniture, rugs, linen, curtains were impregnated with the odour.Loved the floor plan but was not pleasant to stay in, even with windows open.
