Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed this house! It was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and was very clean! We loved all the decor and furniture! We would love to stay here again next year!

Great Sea Pines Location

We loved this part of the island ! We saw so much wild life on the way to the beach. The house was very well stocked, clean and had very comfortable beds. Perfect for our family vacation.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, great wildlife and perfect for biking. The property managers were very responsive and communicated throughout our stay. Thank you for a very memorable vacation, we would definitely stay here again…

Beautiful home away from home!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and has everything you may need! The rooms are seperated which provides plenty of privacy! The screened in porch was perfect!

Great for Families...

This house is sensational. My wife and I brought our four young kids to HHI for a few days and chose this house. Very clean, kid friendly, convenient location, etc. I'd recommend it to anyone and hope it is available for our next visit!!

Lovely house, easy bike ride to the beach!

We had a great family beach trip in this beautiful, recently renovated home. The owners were very responsive and immediately jumped in when we encountered a problem. We’d absolutely stay here again and will look forward to it. Thanks for a great week!!!

Simply Spectacular!

Very comfortable home and so accommodating for our family in a relaxing environment. Felt more like a luxurious hotel than a vacation rental house. Beautifully appointed decor throughout... Ideal location with easy access to our favorite activities within Sea Pines and HHI. Will definitely return and would highly recommend!!

We have stayed at many homes on Hilton Head over the years. This house was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The house seems to be newly renovated. The decor is attractive and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we can.

Relaxing Sea Pines Escape

Beautiful home with a fantastic location within Sea Pines Resort. Very clean and well maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen. Quick bike ride to the beach and lots to explore throughout the community. Take the owners suggestions within their welcome book for dining and rentals! We would definitely return to this house the next time we are on HHI.

Sea Pines Retreat

We were in Sea Pines for a wedding weekend and rented this house as a home base between festivities, but I wish we could have spent more time there! The house is beautiful. Everything is well kept and in working order. The screened porch is TO DIE for.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head and loved the house. It was the perfect place for our family of five. The house was spacious and very clean. We did not have any problems during our stay. Riding bikes to explore the island was our favorite family activity. The board games and puzzles at the house were also a big hit. We will be back and would definitely stay here again.

Great House, well equipped!

Wonderful house for 3 couples. Well equipped. Wish it had a pool, rating would have been off the charts. A/C in one bedroom was a bit stuffy, needs a vent and return in the small bedroom.

Excellent!

Thank you for the wonderful stay, the house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed for the week, and much more. The house was more than enough room for our two young boys and ourselves. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes a short distance to the Sea Pines resort to spend time at the beach. Wonderful stay, and hope to return!

A beautiful home in the heart of Sea Pines

We stayed in 3 Rice Lane for the first time in August and absolutely loved the house. We were traveling with another couple, so the 3 bedroom layout was plenty of room for four adults, but it would also be perfect for 1-2 families. The home is newly renovated and beautifully decorated with high end finishes and bedding. We really enjoyed the screened porch and quiet cul de sac. The property is located in the heart of Sea Pines, an easy bike ride to Beach Club, Lawton Stables, Forest Preserve or Harbor Town. We would highly recommend this home to others!

Best rental ever

The house was sooo clean, so well maintained, and so well stocke, that we were very impressed and beyond pleased! There were 5 of us and we stayed 5 days; literally not one of us had a single complaint. We were called to see how our stay was, so communication was not lacking! The pics online were not at all misleading. All linens provided incl many beach towels! We were COMPLETELY SATISFIED and would return!

Great location, nice updated property. Big kitchen, great for cooking for a group. The screened porch was fantastic. PROS: Location Finishes Comfortable Beds Screened Porch CONS: NO BEACH CHAIRS or TOWELS!! Intermittent Internet Great rental for two couples or a family. Third bedroom has twin beds. Would have loved an iPhone hook up for music. Thanks!

Amazing house and location

As someone else said, I almost hesitate to submit this review because I don’t want everyone to find this gem! The location and condition of this house were incredible. It’s been recently renovated, and tastefully/thoughtfully so. It is not a large house, but with 5 of us (two adults and three older teens), there was plenty of space. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Master bedroom and bath are very nice. Kids’ bedrooms were great, too. And to top it all off, the location is virtually unbeatable. You are 5 minutes by bike from one of the nicest parts of the Sea Pines beach. We loved all of it and the owners were very nice and responsive. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend.

Great Location on Hilton Head

This was a girls trip and our first trip to HHI. We couldn't be any happier with this location! We chose this house because it appeared roomy and had plenty of seating in the family room for movie nights. One of our prerequisites is a TV in all the bedrooms (4 smart TVs in all was a plus for our group). Beds were quite comfortable (sofa not so much). Plenty of seating in the dining room but really could use more cushions (hard seating) and the bench is very wobbly. Kitchen was stocked well but could have used more than 2 dish towels and 1 dish cloth, and you have to bring your own beach towel (a beach towel is the last thing I want to pack for a flight). We had a couple of questions and the property manager was responsive. For the most part, this worked for our group and was the perfect location!
