This was our second time at this property. We make an annual trip to HHI and this house fits our family of 4’s needs perfectly. Well appointed, good location and fabulous backyard.

Family Vacation

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Loved having the fire pit in addition to the pool and hot tub. Use of the garage and an extra drink fridge in there was an added bonus. Great overall experience and we look forward to staying again.

As soon as you entered the house, you felt at home. There were 5 adults celebrating 25 years of friendship. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outside area very much.

Great Vacation

The House was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even got to see deer in the front yard. Definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and inviting. It accommodated our four children, ages 19, 18, 15, and 9. We loved the pool, spa, and fire pit; most of our days were spent floating on the pool. The house is not close to the beach or any of the shops in Sea Pines so we had to drive and find parking. We did not take the trolley. All in all we had a fabulous Fourth of July family vacation!

Private Paradise

This is the perfect home for a family vacation on Hilton Head Island. The house is clean, well maintained, great amenities and a well supplied kitchen. It is located in a private neighborhood but close to shopping and activities.

Thanksgiving break with family

This was a beautiful property and well equipped home. We would definitely stay again. Just wish we could have used the pool. A little too chilly I guess to heat. But everything else was wonderful! Highly recommend

Beautiful home

Great home for family, especially if you have little ones. So easy to head out the back door to the pool. Pool attendant came two times during our stay to tend to the pool. House is very pretty with great finishes. I’m great area of Sea Pines. Highly recommend for families !

Terrific home on HHI!

My wife and I along with our two sons had an amazing stay at this property. The home is well appointed, the pool and patio are absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for us, could have easily had another family with us. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. An easy bike ride to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood. The entire check in and check out process was a breeze. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Nice house

Nice size house, with plenty of room. Well equipped. The rental info said the pool would be serviced 2x per week in peak season but it was not cleaned during our stay. By the end it was cloudy and pretty green. Other than that, everything else was great.

Family Vacation

The pool was amazing the house was awesome!!! Comfortable beds nice kitchen for family get together. The only negative thing I have to say was the neighbors were very noisy from down the street. My son is a disabled vet and had his electric bike that can be rode with out the electric and just by pedals. The woman down the street and man up the street just could not seem to keep there mouths shut!! Had to continue to tell us that electric bikes were not allowed in sea pines!!! My son had already spoke with personal at the gate about his bike and as long as it is rode with the pedals it was fine for him to have it inside sea pines. Very rude and hateful!!! Neighbors right across the street we’re very kind and friendly. Don’t think the neighbors are happy about the home being rented out. Some of them anyway but you can’t please everyone. The neighbor on the other side of the bamboo was very rude also we had music playing not even loud at the pool around 12:00pm in the afternoon and he hollers over cut the music off!!!! Really???? It was not even loud we could barely here it. I just got the vibe’s that they were not happy with anything. Lol. Over all very nice home and just over look the hateful people and have an amazing time….

Perfect House in Sea Pines!

This house is beautiful and was a great house for our beach vacation this year! The kids loved the pool! Its in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything with the property was FANTASTIC! The management company seemed irritated that I did not receive information on checking in. I never received information from them at all actually aside from a phone call that our car tags were returned due to a wrong address. I called to get the check-in information and the lady I spoke with was clearly not happy to have to help me. Bummer. Overall, the house is a dream!

Absolutely beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was beautifully set up the decor was absolutely beautiful. The bunk bed room was perfect and the space that was set up for the kids was an awesome idea. We did end up paying for propane to heat the pool on the description for the house it said we could pay to heat the pool but it didn't way anything about having to pay extra to heat the hot tub but it ended up being perfect to have that done it was a little chilly a couple nights and it was so nice sitting out in the hot tub. Thank you for opening up your house for people to rent. We said we would definitely go back there. Thank you again for a perfect vacation spot and I also got engaged at the preserve down the road so this trip will always be a perfect spot and vacation.
