Great stay at Fairway Villas

Fairway Villas is one of the older and more established communities in Sea Pines but is very well maintained. Our unit was updated and furnished very nicely and was very comfortable; has everything you need. If you're into fishing or golfing, this is the ideal place to stay with a putting green and golf course right in the back yard along with a large lagoon. The complimentary VayKlife bike and beach equipment rental was a great perk. We really enjoyed our stay on this property. The check in /check out procedures were easy and streamlined, and the communication with the management team was excellent. Highly recommend this property!

Review

Great Condo with great location. They were doing some remodeling in the condo next door, which was a small distraction. Nothing late in the evening or at night. Not in control of the host. Have rented this for two years to work the Heritage golf tournament and been very satisfied. Unfortunately it is booked for the 2026 tournament. But it is a great place to stay with easy access to all of Sea Pines.

Great location

We were able to visit the seasoned forest preserve Lawton stables and harbor town , salty dog, coligny, and beach access, also restaurants all within biking distance. We have visited Hilton head the past 7 years and we love this place. We would rent this property again.

Great Location But Shabby

This villa is in a wonderful location. It overlooks a lagoon and golf course and is very close to the beach. The layout is great for families. We loved the sunroom and the living room furniture was tasteful. However, the bathrooms and kitchens were very dingy. The master shower tile was really moldy - the kind that makes you want to wear shower shoes. All of the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen were grimy and crusty. The place felt like it needed a deep clean and updating. I wouldn't stay here again unless it was spruced up.

Nice place

This 2 bedroom, one floor,villa is located very near the Ocean entrance to Sea Piines. Also near the school. The villa needs a little updating but overall was nice. We communicated a few things to the manager who was helpful. We liked the putting green:)

Always an enjoyable vacation

Additional dishware would be helpful. Likewise dishwasher soap at least to get started would be of benefit. TV viewing ability nearly impossible. Unless Tech expert, getting them to turn on a challenge. The ability to then watch anything not possible unless tech savvy or under age and App consumer. Otherwise facility perfect for anyone especially those who have several decades of footwear on their resume.

Wonderful location and beautiful home

This is a wonderful location in Sea Pines! It's close to the beach, you can drive within 3min or walk within less than 10min. The view outside of the sun room is so peaceful and we saw two alligators regularly swimming in the lagoon from the sun room window! The bike path is right next to the neighborhood and we biked all over the place, barely used our car! Coligny plaza is just a short bike ride away as well. The home is dated but you can tell they are updating it and it really looks nice. Our one complaint was that the mattresses seemed incredibly old and uncomfortable, hard and springy, hopefully those will be updated soon as well.

Amazing property!

We had a great stay! The sunroom was our favorite place to sit and talk and enjoy the amazing views. Great location too. Only a few blocks walk to the beach which was pristine!
