This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is on the 3rd floor of the prestigious South Beach Club located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. With the coastal and beach décor throughout, as well as, beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound, you will definitely feel like you are on a beach vacation. Tiled floors throughout the main living area and bedrooms are carpeted. To the right of the entrance you will find the master suite which has a king size bed, two accent chairs and a 36” TV with DVD player. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Calibogue Sound from your private balcony. A great place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with a separate make-up mirror at the end and a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, 32” TV and views of the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Behind the dining room is the other guest room complete with two twin beds and a large desk. This room shares the 1/2 bathroom with the hallway.

In the dining room you will find a beverage center with a sink and wine racks plus a glass dining table that seats six. The spacious living room is light and bright and has plenty of seating for everyone between the sofa and three chairs. There is a 55” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace and you have gorgeous views of the Sound from this room. A sliding glass door leads out to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table and two chairs. Behind the living room is your fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a flat-top stove and granite countertops. There is a white kitchen table that seats six to sit and have your morning breakfast or evening meal with your family. A separate laundry room is located off the front foyer.
