Our Cleaning Service uses chemical disinfectants, in addition to their regular, thorough cleaning. We also provide Antibacterial Cleaners! Additionally, we have contactless & keyless check-in using a coded keypad on the door.

Guests have access to all of our Beachfront Condo's amenities - PLUS all of the Resort amenities: 4 boardwalks onto Bradley Beach, 2 Pools, FREE: Gym, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Playground, BBQ Area! 2 Bars, 3 Restaurants, On-site Bike Rentals & More!

Some amenities are weather or seasonally dependent - Oceanfront Tiki Bar has winter hours Dec. thru Mid-Feb. & Trolley runs Memorial day thru Labor Day. From time to time there may be exterior building/resort or other unit repairs & maintenance being conducted. This is considered normal & beyond our control.

● IMPORTANT: Resort does not allow Pets or Emotional Support Animals - Resort charges guests $250 PER DAY fine if violated.
(Service Animals are welcome with prior completion of Resort paperwork)

● Reservation comes with 1 resort pass for your vehicle-- Additional passes are available for $25 each.

● Recommended: Travel Insurance - check out: Airbnb's Generali Insurance, InsureMyTrip or SquareMouth (they compare different companies & pricing. Ask about "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) options).

● All bodies of fresh water (lagoons, canals, etc.) in the South (from NC to TX) may house alligators - safe if enjoyed from a distance!
