As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan and coastal colors. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sectional sofa, large wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private patio. The patio has seating for 4 guests with views of the complex pool.

The kitchen area features granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, a pantry area and all you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with large bay windows showcasing the front of the property.

Both bedrooms and the laundry area are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a brand-new bunk bed with a full size bunk on the bottom and a twin bunk on the top. This room has a TV as well and a private bathroom with a large vanity area and a tub/shower combination.

This property comes equipped with beach chairs and children’s toys for the beach. The owner has also outfitted the condo with games, DVD and books for enjoyment.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
